Charles Christophe is the founder and principal attorney of Christophe Law Group, P.C., located on the corner of Wall Street & Broadway.

As a graduate of New York Law School, Mr. Christophe gained experience in two top Wall Street firms: Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, LLP and Schulte, Roth & Zabel, LLP.  Although Mr. Christophe commenced his legal career as a corporate and commercial real estate legal professional, for the last twelve years his interest in international and U.S. immigration law prompted him to change the concentration of his practice towards immigration law.

During the course of his practice, Mr. Christophe has represented thousands of clients, individuals and businesses from Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa in their complex asylum, business and family immigration matters before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (formerly INS) and USCIS. He has also litigated cases in the Immigration Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Christophe is admitted in the State of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, Eleventh Circuits and U.S. Supreme Court.

A few of Mr. Christophe’s professional associations include the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
